Kosovo is formal, as a fact, historical and a  legal  part of Serbia and Yugoslavia.

Besides the Albanians that live in Kosovo, they are majority by 50%, there also lives Serbs, Montenegrians, Romans, and about 20 more national groups. The total of all Albanians is unknown, because they avoid the public count for 20 years on purpose.
In the last time they don't pay for electricity, taxes ... and at the same time they demand that the government fulfills all of its social obligations.

On a part of Kosovo territory the so called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) took control.  Terrorism organization's whose roots are  in the illegal Marxistic and Leninistic groups  were formed by the Communistic dictator of Albania, Enver Hodza.
They were recently joined by the Mujaheddin from the Islam countries and the dogs of war from the territory of former Yugoslavia.
The leaders and foreign soldiers get 10,000 - 15,000 German Marks a month and can keep the value of their raids. They raid all none Albanian citizens, Albanians who disagree with their policy, and Albanian's they find not active enough for their cause.
Their goal is to have an  independent and  ethnic clean Kosovo.
They are sponsored by the Albanian immigrants who sell drugs and terrorize shop owners for so-called protection money in Western Europe and the USA.
They control crime and prostitution in some European countries (Germany, Croatia, Switzerland and Poland)
They receive help from the BND, the German secret service,  the CIA, and the Albanian state, which help directly with weaponry money and soldiers, and allows the military training on the Albanian territory for attacks in Yugoslavia.
With methods of fear they force the Albanian people to pay so-called war taxes, and military mobilization 

They are also supported by the governments of Germany, USA, Great Britain and some others. Those governments also prevent the Yugoslav leaders from taking legal steps against terrorism, like it's normal in the whole world.

The terrorism methods of the KA are more brutal than the methods of the ETA, IRA, Arabian terrorism organizations and others.
They are a mix of a terrorism organizations and Mafia. Their speciality is to use women and children as a shield in conflicts against the police.

The Yugoslav government takes all measures to protect its citizens, no matter what their nationality or religion is.

The world union under the command of the new world order is preventing it from doing that with sabotages, doing their main, secret job, the preparations for the division of Kosovo from Yugoslavia.
Ninety percent of the foreign inspectors have contracts with the secret services of some western countries, and their presence as humanitarians or reporters are just  curtains to the problem. 
Cases are reported that those people have been caught in smuggling weapons and other supplies for the terrorists and even joining the terrorism attacks.
They also let the terrorists use their vehicles and computer and communication systems.
It is characteristic that they are very good in making fake information for the news, and only broadcast information that is good for the terrorists.
